What we will do here –

In short, I started in June 2011 sending a weekly email to members of my Sunday School class.   We had discussed spiritual disciples and spiritual practices briefly in class.  This was a new language for many of us and I began sending the emails to put before us the different disciplines, what they are and hopefully how they might benefit us.

I recently completed putting all the mailings online in this blog and will continue to offer weekly thoughts about “intention on the spiritual journey.”

Over the next months I suspect I will offer more than one post a week.
